According to Civil Law (BGB) it is the parents' duty and right to care for the minor (under the age of 18). Ultimately the parents decide on travel, attendance and stay at the festival. The restrictions on supply and use of alcohol and supply of tobacco and smoking apply. At minor protection checks, drunk or smoking children and youngsters may be sent home.


Terms and conditions of FKP Scorpio Konzertproduktionen GmbH for the Rolling Stone Weekender in the holiday and recreation park Weissenhäuser Strand

1. Scope and contractors
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of festival tickets including the accommodation for the Rolling Stone Weekender (in short: RSW) at the Weissenhäuser Strand. The festival tickets include both a concert and an accommodation share. The contract is made with the FKP Scorpio Konzertproduktionen GmbH. The Weissenhäuser Strand GmbH & Co. KG or another (marketing) partner are not a party of the contract (they may only take the orders for festival tickets and festival day tickets in a messenger function for the FKP Scorpio Konzertproduktionen GmbH, and then pass the orders on to FKP Scorpio Konzertproduktionen GmbH). The Weissenhäuser Strand GmbH & Co. KG sells the tickets in the name of and on behalf of FKP Scorpio Konzertproduktionen GmbH.

2. Language
The languages of the contract are German and English.

3. Offer and contract conclusion
Individual festival tickets are available while supplies last. The offers made concerning the Rolling Stone Weekender located on the website www.rollingstone-weekender.de are subject to change and do not form any offers in a legal sense. In addition, information provided verbally or given over the phone are non-binding. Decisive for the content of the contract concerning the festival tickets is the written booking confirmation of FKP Scorpio Konzertproduktionen GmbH, which will be sent by post or e-mail.

4. Tickets (admission rights)
Only after the invoiced amount has been paid in full can the written or electronic booking confirmation grant the customer admission to the festival. In addition, the confirmation and a completely filled out key receipt grants the customer access to the accommodation arrangements, after the invoiced amount has been paid in full. The keys to the apartments as well as the right to admission are available for collection at the reception of the Weissenhäuser Strand GmbH & Co. KG at the beginning of the festival.

5. Prices and payment conditions for the festival tickets
The festival ticket prices listed are valid per person and already include VAT. In addition, a one-time booking fee of € 25.00 (incl. VAT) per apartment is charged.

The payment of the festival tickets needs to be completed on account. The ticket price is to be fully paid within 14 days from the receipt of invoice. By the time the festival begins, the full amount is due immediately at the time of receipt of the booking and needs to be paid within a time frame of 20 days. To this end, we encourage you to use the attached order confirmation and the remittance slip. If it is not included prior to or during the online bank transfer, please transfer the amount due to the account of the Weissenhäuser Strand Betriebs GmbH:

Cancelation
A withdrawal of the ticket holder from the completed contract (the contract was concluded by sending the booking confirmation via post or e-mail) requires our written consent. If our consent is not given, the full booked ticket price still needs to be paid, even if the contractual services are not or only partly used. The statutory rights of withdrawal (e.g., failure to meet an obligation or impossibility) remain unaffected hereof.
Change of Reservation
It is possible to change a reservation. For the administration effort we charge a fee of € 50,- per change.

6. Rental accommodation
The apartment, bungalow or hotel room (object for rental) is provided for two nights on a rental basis from the beginning of the festival. On arrival, you can claim the accommodation from 2 p.m. on forward. The keys to the rented accommodations are also available at the reception in exchange for the key receipt.

On the day of departure, the object for rental needs to be made available and the key returned by 12:00 p.m. (an exception to this rule may be requested at the reception upon arrival or during the stay – departure may be moved to 2 p.m.). The object for rental is provided with a full inventory in accordance with inventory sheet and one set of linens. The inventory is to be treated carefully. Damages caused during the rental period on the object of rental need to be replaced by the tenant without proof of fault valued at price cost. The tenant is equally liable for damages that are caused by accompanying travelers.

Orders for rented equipment will be accepted without obligation. There is no claim to this. We regret that pets are not permitted. Exceptions may be made for some types of apartments available on request.

7. Object of rent
The ticket-holder and / or tenant of the accommodation is / are required to observer all the valid applicable regulations of the respective institutions of the Weissenhäuser Strand GmbH & Co. KG (house rules, park rules, pool rules, etc.). By participating in the festival, the ticket-holder recognizes the rules set up by the establishments as binding.
The sub-letting of the rented accommodation is strictly prohibited. Their use outside the purposes other than accommodation is also illegal.

8. Contractual relationship
The contractual relationship is governed by German law.
